Hayes Foundry
The project offered an exciting opportunity to refurbish an old metal refinery on Teed Street in Newmarket, so when Construkt were approached to do just that we jumped at making the most of the gritty heritage and reworked this into the design aspirations for a high end fashion and retail precinct using the character of the old factory. Some of the most well know names in fashion have moved in – including; World, Zambesi, Moochi and Ruby.
