176-178 Cuba Street
Architectural upgrade and seismic strengthening of historic commercial building adjacent to new inner city bypass. The interior was refurbished in keeping with the original style to incorporate three ground floor retail premises including a café and upper floor office space. The project was carried out during the construction phase of the adjacent bypass and required extensive co-ordination between various contractors to achieve the finished result.
