Penrith Park House
A two stage house. Stage 1 is an apartment above the garage and occupied by the clients for the past 5 years. Stage 2 is currently under construction and contains main living rooms and additional 3 bedrooms. This house was an exercise to achieve an affordable, finished first house that the clients could add to over time.
