Beach Street Residence,
A new modern 3 storey residence replaced a house which was removed from an existing site. The brief included modern minimal design, double height space and maximising views of Fitzroy and East End Beaches where possible. Titan, cedar and concrete block were used with some feature areas in Stephenson block . White oak ceilings, polished concrete floor and glass balustrades feature in the top level of this project. Heating included, a gas fire, underfloor heating and heat pumps.
