EDA Ranu Commercial Complex
The new iconic Commercial Complex in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, is a six (6) level contemporary office building, custom designed to house the Headquarters for the Nation’s capital water company - Eda Ranu. It will have two commercially leased floors to prospective tenants with an entertainment facility at the topmost floor overlooking the famous Waigani Drive. The construction budget is estimated at approximately K60.0million. Status: To be Tendered.
